Life, An Extension of God, He’s Eternal
…God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart… Ecclesiastes 3:11a NLT
God has made everything beautiful for its own time. Everything? Think about it.
If everything is beautiful for its own time, timing then is the key for a thing to be beautiful. And for a thing to be beautiful it must occur at an appointed time. Think beyond natural occurrences.
How about that word fitly spoken, an on-time word, or resolve when that needed answer comes. What about when paths intersect like a chance meeting, then come to find out it wasn’t chance after all–everything beautiful for its own time.
So, if it’s not beautiful God didn’t create it, or it has not come to fruition, it has not reached its ultimate end. Our part to play is to align ourselves and life in God and in Him, to prepare ourselves so that preparation can meet opportunity. So, delight yourself in the Lord. Do the work if that is what’s required. If beauty is not or will not be the result, then it’s not God. You’ll know –it’s not beautiful. Don’t manipulate the situation Do not insist on your timing. Do not try to force anything. Man makes his plans, but God orders his steps.
To everything there is a season…God plants the seasons of life, when things should occur. God holds time!
The scripture then says that God has planted, circle planted, eternity – life forever, in the human heart. So, while we innately strive to keep this body fit, healthy and thriving to live longer by creating anti-aging creams, pills and health drinks to keep our cells in tip-top shape, we exercise and eat right (mostly), we are confessing that our forever is in this body, but our forever is in the spirit. So, we might be giving too much focus on the wrong area. Our heart’s desire is to live as long as we can, and we can. Our spirit holds this eternity. The body will die eventually. God planted eternity in the human heart, not in the body. Our forever is in the heart. Our bliss and happy-ever-after lives by way of a heart reconciled to God. This gives our spirit eternal life. We live forever through Christ, by accepting him. So, live this life to the fullest, joyful in the Holy Spirit.
So, delight yourself in the Lord. Truely, God has made everything beautiful –in itself, and in its own time. And yes, our desire to live forever is real, only let’s make greater deposits to our spirit.
